25 For He[a] must reign until which time He[b] has put all the enemies under His feet. 26 Death, the last enemy, is abolished[c]— 27 for “He[d] subjected all things under His[e] feet” [Ps 8:6]. But when He says[f] that “All things have been subjected”, it is clear that this is except the One[g] having subjected all things to Him.
